昨日の懸垂の棒のせいで上腕三頭筋、広背筋、腹直筋が痛い。こんな簡単に筋肉痛になるとは。
昨日結局4時まで起きていて、バイト中めちゃくちゃ眠かった。ミンティアを持っていって耐えた。そういえば今日久しぶりに2時間くらいの長い留学生対応をしていたのだが、圧倒的に英語が聞き取れなくなっている。日本語でも最近聞こえづらいのに英語だとさらに聞こえづらい。というか最近耳が聞こえないな。イヤホンするの辞めた方がいいかもしれない。特にノイキャン機能は聴覚に悪いような気がする。

Lately, I haven’t been listening to much Japanese, so English is even harder to undestand. Actually, my ears don’t seem to work well these days. Maybe I should stop using earphones. Especially, the noise-canceling function might be bad for my hearing.
