今日は、露光と蒸着をした。露光作業は45分くらいかかるのだが、頑張ったら30分でできた。蒸着はショットキー接触になるであろうものをつけた。まああまりなったことないけど。
土曜日の散歩の筋肉痛が来ていて、歩くのが少しぎこちなかった。あとベースの弾きすぎで指がまだ少し痛い。
昼ご飯を食べたのに、友達に昼ご飯を無理矢理行かされたので、昼ご飯を二回食べた。お腹いっぱい。なので夜ご飯はミートソーススパゲッティしか食べられなかった。
Today, I did both exposure and deposition. Exposure usually takes about 45 minutes, but since I worked efficiently, it only takes 30 minutes today. I also deposited an electrode that is supposed to become schottky contact. Although, it hasn’t worked well as one in the past.
I had mustle pain from walking last Saturday, so I couldn’t walk smoothly. I also played the bass guitar, and my finger are still itchy.
I already had lunch, but my friend dragged me out to eat again, so I ended up having lunch twice today. I was really full. Because of that, I could only eat meat sauce spaghetti for dinner.
